Figures from "The London Look" and "Willy" Collections, launched in 1960.
By the 1960s Keith was travelling extensively promoting the wax museums and the display mannequin side of the company began to falter. He brought in a partner to develop this part of the business and later his own wife Pam designed two highly successful ranges: "The London Look", and "Willy". These launched in 1960 to critical acclaim. Sadly the momentum of these collections could not be maintained and Keith sought help from outside the company, engaging display designer John Bates who later became a partner and ultimately owner of the business, which was renamed Gemini Mannequins.
The museums and waxworks side of the business was renamed Gems Studio and continues to flourish to this day along with sister companies, Proportion London and Studio mannequins. A strong industry reputation for quality and efficiency underpins the business.
